Wonderful
The location was really near to the station, you can walk and reach. The breakfast provided was healthy and filling, the facilities were also good. It was a comfortable stay considering that the whole day we were out and came just to sleep.
The size of the room was considerably small compared to the picture of the room that I had booked, that's all

Friendly and accommodating staff, location was very convenient (close to the train station). Washing machine and dryer are a plus too.

If you can endure limited space but with good comfort, this hotel can be an affordable good option
location is conveniently close to a station of the Yamanote line. Only one lift but very fast and efficient. Room too tight but everything worked well and the bed was reasonably comfortable.
bathroom big in comparison to the room that barely has space for you to move. some of the staff does not speak one word of English. I can understand having a limited command of English, especially during this times of staff shortage, but for a hotel in Tokyo, not speaking one word of English is not acceptable. Room is serviced only once or twice a week, but it's ok.
